1.3 Any reference in this agreement to another agreement or document must be interpreted as referring to that other agreement or document in the amended or completed agreement from time to time or between them. You must pay our invoices within 30 days of the renewal date or the date of the invoice, depending on the earliest date, unless we have reached another agreement with you in writing. 10.3.4 in the case of RUL, to the extent that it is required to disclose confidential information in the context of normal insurance industry activity, including, but not exclusively, for the purposes of reinsurance or fraud prevention. 25.1 While the company wishes to retain the activity and good value of the customers of the contracting parties, one of the contracting parties may terminate the contract by providing written notification of at least 30 (30) days before effective termination. The termination does not compromise the broker`s interest in commissions and intermediation because of the broker`s transactions placed by The Broker with The Company., If the broker is liquidated or merged with another company, or if the broker loses his trading license by its regulator, that agreement ends with immediate effect. 25.1 RUL takes all complaints very seriously and wants to resolve them fairly and in a timely manner. If the intermediary wishes to file a written or oral complaint in relation to the services received from RUL, or with respect to any other business matter, it must be referred to The Compliance Officer, Renovation Underwriting Ltd, 17 Church Walk, St Neots, Cambs, PE19 1JH or e-mail email@example.com 2.1 this agreement applies to all general insurance transactions (except aeronautical insurance, but including marine insurance opposite) addressed by RUL via via RUL upon receipt of this agreement. The terms and conditions that the intermediary may have forwarded to RUL will not come into force. RUL does not accept the intermediary`s insurance transactions on another basis. This means that we compare the products of a number of insurers in terms of coverage, price, quality of service and other relevant features, in order to choose appropriate policies for you. If this is not the case, we will inform you of the extent of our marketing before the policy begins. Please read this document carefully. Through commercial activity with us, you agree to do so under this document, unless we agree. 16.2 The entity retains documents relating to transactions placed with or on its behalf, electronically or in accordance with market practice. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is interpreted accordingly.
Each party accepts that any legal action or proceedings concerning this agreement may be brought before the courts of England and submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.
